Taanakkaran Movie Review, Vikram Prabhu

Taanakkaran, the highly anticipated Vikram Prabhu-starrer has finally premiered on Disney+ Hotstar.

As per the latest tweet of the popular streaming platform, the thriller will be out on April 8. Though an official confirmation is awaited regarding the timing & reports.

The movie, which is directed by Tamizh, revolves around a police recruit school and how the unforgiving system treats its new entrants.

We also get an unnecessary romantic track, involving a lady cop Eswari (Anjali Nair), who develops a liking for Arivu and begins to woo him openly.

MS Bhaskar shines as a veteran cop who is paying the price for an insubordination years ago, and Lal makes us hate his character.

Director Tamil takes us to a police recruits school (PRS), which seems to exist in the middle of nowhere in an almost barren and unforgiving landscape.
